When will I receive my tracking number?
We normally dispatch non custom orders within 48hrs of processing, as soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.
I ordered multiple items and some have arrived before others. Is there a problem with my order?
No! Our warehouse usually ship your items separately meaning there may be a slight difference in delivery times.
Have you got any discount codes?

How safe is it to order online?
Yes, It's 100% safe. When you enter your payment details, we don't have access to any of this information. All payments on our site are processed by a third party authorised payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measures. We accept PayPal Payments and also take card payments powered by Stripe.
Jewellery Care Instructions
Please avoid direct contact with water, perspiration, and chemicals such as perfume, detergent, and lotion. Excessive light, heat or moisture, which will deteriorate the quality of the plating on the metal. Also, exposing plated jewelry to liquids will cause the plating to lose its finish.
